Zvonimir Nagy is a Croatian-born, American composer, performer, and music scholar based in Pittsburgh. He studied at Northwestern University, Texas Christian University, and the Academy of Music in Zagreb, Croatia. He is the recipient of composition awards and grants including the Seattle Symphony Composition Prize, the Iron Composer Award and the Croatian Music Institute Award. He is on the faculty at Duquesne University. This recording features chamber works for varying size ensembles ranging from a work for solo flute to a work for four cellos and one for piano, accordion, and electronics.Contents:
